Job Description

Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager looking for your next role?

Do you have experience working on mechanical commercial projects with values ranging from £1m through to £50m?

Our client is actively seeking an experienced mechanical contracts manager who is versatile, reliable and responsible. An individual who is willing to go above and beyond expectations to ensure project delivery,

whilst being able to communicate effectively and manage client expectations professionally. A well-established company holding a reputation for delivering top level projects with industry leading M&E build & design across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will come from a mechanical background but hold experience in the position of contracts manager, delivering both small works projects and major works at tier 1 contractor level.

A strong knowledge of installations and mechanical equipment is a must. The ideal candidate will be able to handle project delivery from pre-con to design phase to handover, providing relevant proof of snag free project delivery

Your Responsibilities:

Client Liaison
Manage and review design, programming & procurement
Attend and represent site meetings
Tender review and validation
Health & Safety
Prepare RAMS
Project Financing
Hold Progress Meetings

Candidate Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
Building Services Experience
IOSH (preferred but not essential)
Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (preferred but not essential)

Salary:

£55-£65k (plus car allowance)

Location:

Portsmouth (Projects covering Hampshire)
