What You’ll Be Doing

• Surveying & Reporting: Conducting detailed condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and damp assessments across a range of properties, including historic landmarks and modern developments.
• Project Support: Contributing to the restoration of culturally significant buildings and working on innovative commercial developments, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
• Technical Expertise: Producing comprehensive technical reports and drawings using AutoCAD, managing building defects, and providing effective solutions to ensure quality outcomes.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborating with clients, contractors, and key project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements.
• Sustainability Focus: Playing a key role in delivering carbon-net-zero schemes and contributing to the development of energy-efficient housing and commercial spaces.
