An exclusive client is looking to recruit an experienced commercial Construction Project Manager who has knowledge and experience working with projects worth up to £5 million. You will be working with projects based at Gatwick and large London Train stations. As a Project Manager you will be well experienced managing teams and subcontractors, managing the project from start to finish.
Requirements of the project manager:
At least 5 years' experience as a commercial project manager.
Mechanical construction experience and knowledge.
Organisation of projects from start to finish.
Strong communication skills.
