Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedDeputy Restaurant Managerto join ourOrigin Kensingtonteam.

Shifts will be 8 hours with full flexibility required to work 5 out of 7 days a week

Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are looking to recruit a Deputy Restaurant Managerto operate within our restaurant providing the most efficient service and ensuring the highest possible standard is provided at all time.

As a Deputy Restaurant Manager you key responsibilities include:
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to delegate tasks and multi task
  • High performance and outputs achieved with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in high output environment, under pressure and with deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional ethics and an understanding of work life balance in relation to mental health is desirable
  • Good understanding of London Hotel Market and industry trends surrounding Food & Beverage
  • Professional and well prepared for attendance at meetings, both internal and client based, and adept at presenting to managers and team members alike
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer and system literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adaco (preferable) and Opera (preferable)
  • Time management & people management
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Be fully conversant and knowledgeable about FORBES/AA standard
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen
  • Collaborates effectively and has strong interpersonal skills
