Together, we’re not just writing software; we’re empowering our customers to succeed and transforming the future of the industry Your Mission Ensures the design (automation, HMI or electrical) related to Equipment. Respects the Guidelines & Rules in development. Can participate in the functional analysis, FMEA. Procures all technical documents linked to the project. Can contribute to projects related to Open Innovation. Is the Manager of a dedicated team and coordinates the resources to deliver the projects on time in full. Coaches and develops team members to further grow their skills to meet the organizational needs. Provides the required inputs about the budget and the reporting needs to the Automation Manager. Acts with a continuous improvement mindset and can propose improvements in terms of processes, tools or technologies to his Manager. Your Profile Level of Education and Languages: Education: Bachelor Degree Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP knowledge Language requirements: English, written and spoken. Fluency in Italian Required experience and skills: PLC/Motion/Hardware/network/Mechatronic/safety skills. Experience in machine development is a plus. Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams. Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude. Availability to travel. J-18808-Ljbffr
