• Essential: Proven track record in insurance pricing with a deep understanding of UK retail insurance products.
• Expertise in GLM, GBM, and advanced statistical modelling techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API-driven system integrations.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Degree in a STEM field (2:1 or higher) or equivalent practical experience.
