Quantity Surveyor
Location: Oxford
A respected National Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Oxford team. The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will join a dynamic office of around 30 professionals and play a key role in delivering diverse and exciting projects across commercial, industrial, high-end residential, healthcare, student accommodation, motorsport, defence, and education sectors. With project values ranging from £1m to £150m, you'll gain hands-on experience at every stage of the construction process.
Your responsibilities will include managing pre- and post-contract stages, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional service. You'll also work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining mentorship and a clear pathway for career progression.
Current projects include:
New sports stadia and arenas
Healthcare facilities (new builds and refurbishments)
University developments including labs, teaching spaces, and heritage sites
Regeneration schemes for local authorities: housing, retail, and infrastructure
High-tech logistics and warehousing facilities
Cutting-edge motorsport and EV manufacturing projects
Sustainability initiatives helping clients achieve Net Zero targets

The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a proactive and motivated professional eager to take ownership of their projects. You will have:
A successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion
Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy
A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Working towards MRICS or committed to achieving it
Strong pre- and post-contract experienceIn Return?

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
