About the RoleAs an Onsite Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a fleet of print devices across one or multiple client locations. Acting as the first point of contact for service and maintenance, you will use remote monitoring tools and incident management applications to deliver a high standard of device support.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor a large fleet of print devices using remote monitoring software and on-site checks.
Perform first-line repairs on hardware and software (training provided).
Ensure timely escalation of issues to Field Engineers or Technical Helpdesk when necessary.
Manage the ordering and replenishment of consumables, toners, and spare parts.
Maintain accurate records of device performance and activity.
Support device installation, relocation, and maintenance of inventory records.
Deliver client training, assist with capturing meter readings, and contribute to contract growth initiatives.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
