Position: Residential Property Lawyer
Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)
Location: Norfolk
Salary guide: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Norfolk region, who are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential property transactions
- Conduct thorough land registry searches and verify property ownership
- Draught legal documents for contracts, leases, and other conveyancing essentials
- Coordinate with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties
- Utilise a sophisticated case management system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing
- Relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
- Strong knowledge of land registry and property law
- Understanding of landlord and tenant regulations
- Proficiency in lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
- Proven ability to use a case management system effectively
