In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.


About the role:

To ensure market leading customer service is provided to all customers through effective and efficient coordination of the workshop Engineers. Ensuring that all Customer Service Level Agreements are met and internal Company KPI’s are achieved. Customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we do.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to the Workshop Engineers
  • Prepare quotations for any chargeable work
  • Liaise with service office, short term rental & customers to ensure equipment is turned around on time.
  • Ensure all equipment that leaves the workshop is serviced and has up to date Thorough Examination
  • Prepare repair quotations and estimates as required in conjunction with appropriate engineer and parts department, ordering parts where required.
  • Liaise with parts department regarding back orders to effect job completion and resolution in a timely manner.
  • To work with refurb team on scheduling to make sure that annual target is met.
  • Manage and distribute work to sub-contractors where relevant.


What we are looking for:

  • Industry knowledge is desired.
  • A good knowledge of IT is desired.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently is a requirement.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Experience of dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service is essential.
