HSEQ Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives across our organisation and its subsidiaries. This role is critical in ensuring that all operating processes and procedures comply with current legislative and certification standards, such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HSEQ expert and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legislative changes and maintain all relevant certifications.
- Lead the development and implementation of HSEQ systems and processes.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and non-conformance's in a timely manner.
- Organise and chair health and safety committee meetings, ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
- Manage HSEQ training, safety inductions, and risk assessments for all staff and contractors.
- Conduct internal audits to monitor compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee HSEQ documentation, including quality manuals, process maps, and forms.
- Monitor and report on performance against KPIs, objectives, and targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate high-risk activities.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and Environmental Management Certificate.
- Proven experience in an HSEQ management or senior advisory role.
- Strong internal auditing and quality management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, leadership-driven approach.
Desirable:
- NEBOSH Diploma or degree in engineering/health and safety.
- Experience in Oil, Gas, or Renewables sectors.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar quality control methodologies.
