We're working alongside a leading regional firm, looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our clients Commercial Property team in their Sheffield office. As a Property Paralegal, you will assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of commercial property conveyancing including maintaining meticulous records and accounts. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of commercial property conveyancing.
• Maintain meticulous records and accounts.
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone.
• Handle client enquiries.
• Prepare and submit SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications.
• Prepare contract packs.
• Manage various administrative tasks.

What we need from you:

• High personal standards of work.
• Experience within Commercial or Residential Property.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to speak to people on the phone.
