Job Description
Our client, who are a leading residential developer are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their multi-phase RC frame project in East London.
The phase consists of 500 units, with 2 blocks at Fit Out stage with a further 250 units to come out of the ground.
They are interested in someone from a main contractor or developer background and ideally degree qualified in commercial management/quantity surveying. The selected candidate would also need to have solid experience at SQS level, managed small teams and worked on large scale multi-phase residential developments.
Our client has a solid pipeline of future developments and have a first-class record of accelerating their staff with career progression opportunities.
