Job Description

As Electrical Engineer Lead, you will join our Department of Electrical Engineering, in the business line Energy Carriers, conducting the following activities: Coordinate the electrical engineering team on the assigned project; Ensure the achievement of the assigned goal and the fulfilment of the Project quality and contractual requirements. Take the necessary corrective actions within the Discipline Project Team to meet the assigned goal; Define list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements; Ensure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control man-hour consumption; Ensure coordination with other disciplines and third parties engineering subcontractors involved in the project; Ensure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones; Coordinates the evaluation of the design changes to the original scope of work and verifies the implementation of those approved; Ensure technical interface with client; Support Project team in the preparation of the Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor follow up; Provides support for establish procurement strategy; Support the construction team in implementing the engineering solutions at site. QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2 LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role in Engineering Companies working for Energy or O&G sector Knowledge of International Electrical standards Ability to collaborate within an international team; flexible approach to different audience; tenacity to ensure successful outcomes; curiosity and learning orientation SOFT SKILLS: Ability to collaborate within an international team; flexible approach to different audience; tenacity to ensure successful outcomes; curiosity and learning orientation LOCATION: Milano HO.
