Benefit Specialist Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Call clients who have requested information about their benefits.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to review benefits in detail.
• Virtual Reviews: Conduct benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
• Enrollment Assistance: Facilitate the enrollment process for clients.
• Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after the benefits overview.
