Pricing and Market Access Associate Director – Distributor Business

Location: London

Region: Turkey, GCC, and Israel

Contract Length: 12 months

Join us as a Pricing and Market Access Associate Director and play a pivotal role in shaping access strategies for innovative medicines across the Distributors Region.


About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Distributor Markets Market Access, you will lead the technical aspects of pricing and reimbursement processes for Turkey, GCC, and Israel. This includes managing cross-functional projects, preparing reimbursement dossiers, negotiating with payers, and supporting market access efforts across the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market access strategies for medicines, collaborating with distributor partners, HEOR teams, and external consultants.
  • Prepare reimbursement submissions and country-specific economic models, presenting economic evidence to payers.
  • Build and present business cases for senior leadership approval on new launches and pricing strategies.
  • Lead payer negotiations in collaboration with country commercial leads and distributor market access teams.
  • Ensure pricing compliance across countries and maintain updated pricing systems.
  • Collect and apply local market insights, rules, and regulations to strategic initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, medical, legal, marketing, and international teams.


What You Bring

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science/analytical field or healthcare profession. Formal training in health economics is highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience in Market Access at a regional level.
  • Proven expertise in reimbursement systems, payer negotiations, and reimbursement submissions in Turkey (highly preferred), GCC, and Israel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • International experience and the ability to work across multiple cultures.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
