Rhino Connect is partnered with a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their highly-respected team. Our client is currently delivering projects in all sectors with project values ranging from £1 million - £40 million. Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide variety of contracts abiding to project objectives.
• Providing accurate project cost monitoring and forecasting.
• Monitor and manage cost differences and contract cash flow, ensuring that applications are submitted correctly and on time.
• Liaising with Clients and Contractors to ensure the delivery of the project is meeting all targets.
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors.

Required Skills

• Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts - JCT & NEC
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
