What You’ll Be Doing as an HR Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless HR service, supporting people and organisational initiatives that make Clinisupplies a great place to work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment processes, from crafting job ads to onboarding new starters.
  • Delivering first-class HR guidance to managers on everything from employee relations to performance management.
  • Managing payroll inputs with precision and efficiency.
  • Championing our company values across policies, processes, and daily practices.
  • Assisting with L&D programmes to grow our team’s capabilities.
  • Organising memorable company social events and engagement activities.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance at every step.
  • Supporting exciting, ad-hoc HR projects as we grow.


What We’re Looking For We’re after an energetic, proactive HR professional who’s ready to hit the ground running. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in an HR Officer or HR Advisor role.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) – desirable but not essential.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and confidence in managing ER issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be building relationships at every level.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for juggling priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • A resilient, positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
