Role: Endur Business Analyst – Tech refresh
Location: London, UK
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
o Providing business and systems analysis services to high-profile clients.
o Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
o Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users and be
responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation
o Partnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as an Endur expert
o Define and implement functional processes and data solutions to handle all system service activities
o Mentoring junior consultants
o Write specifications and design documents
Qualifications
o Numerate degree.
o Experience of working in at least one major energy market (Power, Gas, LNG, Oil, Renewables)
o Experience of working on Endur version v16 onwards
o Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes
o Demonstrable experience in design and implementation of mission critical system processes like End-of- Day, exchange integration, and inbound and outbound integration with Endur is a must
o Understanding of software implementation and testing principles
o Minimum 5 years' experience of Openlink software applications
o Working knowledge of more technical aspects of OpenLink such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous.
o Understanding of software implementation and testing principles
o Working experience of mission critical solutions and applications
o Demonstrable experience of problem solving & analytical skills
o Demonstrate experience of being proactive, independent and being able to work effectively within and across analysis and delivery teams
o Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Ability to prioritize workload under pressure
