Job Description

My client are a trust operating through the heart of London and beyond. They are currently going through a number of initiatives to improve their operation with changes around people, process, and technology.


At present, they are undergoing a transformation of one their operational spaces and are looking for a Project Manager with experience of office relocations to support them on a two year fixed term contract.


While there are construction and technology aspects to the project, this is a role for a Business Change Project Manager. They will be required to wrap their arms around the delivery and oversee the the construction and IT elements while focussing on the people and change aspects of the project. All this is to be done while effectively communicating and updating the senior stakeholders with progress, so a strong skillset in project governance is a must.


Person specification for this role, the criteria are:

  • Must have experience as a Project Manager delivering Business Change projects, ideally in the office relocation area.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pressurised operational environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
