Shopping Center Manager

I am supporting a great opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead, manage & deliver a successful Retail & Leisure Scheme in Bromborough.

This key position will work across all areas of delivery, including: -

• Tenant engagement / communication
• Contract management across hard / soft services
• Budget Management (administration of the service charge budget)
• Driving community & charity engagement initiatives
• Reporting on tenant / scheme performance
• Engaging / working closely with key stakeholders / owners
• Ensuring full site compliance (H&S)

This is a great opportunity with Shopping Centre, Retail and/or Shopping Centre Management experience.
