Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner to join our team, focusing on new business and retention. In this role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders and maintain close contact with customers to ensure efficient resource allocation and impactful customer journeys. Your financial expertise will be crucial in developing sustainable and competitive tender proposals that align with our commercial strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the business to support or co-lead pricing strategies during the tender process.

- Advise on financial implications of proposed tender solutions.

- Monitor financials to achieve business targets and suggest corrective actions if needed.

- Co-create new business models with customers, providing pricing transparency and value quantification.

- Ensure sustainable commercial deals by evaluating risks and proposing pricing strategies.

- Analyze large datasets from multiple suppliers to inform pricing proposals.

- Encourage behaviors aligned with financial objectives across the organization.

- Manage customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle with a focus on profitability.

- Propose and drive ideas for P&L improvement, including upsell opportunities and risk reduction.
