Location: Louth, In office (but flex around hybrid working)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

My client is a renowned brand delivery agency specialising in packaging production with global reach and innovative design-to-print processes, is seeking a dynamic Client Services Account Manager to join their team in Manchester.

This exciting role entails representing them in delivering top-notch services with professionalism and enthusiasm, and ensuring the highest quality products are consistently provided to clients.

As the Client Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for

• managing and coordinating new graphics and packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
• You will oversee the pack change process, maintain project status trackers, communicate key milestones, and escalate risks as needed
• you will collaborate with production departments to gather accurate briefs, coordinate artwork meetings, advise on print feasibility, and obtain job approvals from clients.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and the print supply chain.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for first-class service.

The ideal candidate will;

• Have similar proven experience
• Strong organizational skills, project management expertise
• knowledge of FMCG print processes are essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm under pressure are also key qualifications.
