Technical Representative – Export Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Representative to join our export sales team, focusing on growing the Gulf region territory. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales acumen and practical skills who thrives on building relationships and solving technical challenges.
This is an office-based position in Maidstone, Kent, with international travel several times a year, including to the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors.
* Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and prospect for new business opportunities, particularly for core products.
* Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving issues using our products and services.
* Represent the company professionally to uphold our market-leading reputation.
* Work collaboratively with in-house technical specialists and our network of international subsidiaries to deliver customer-centric solutions.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Proven business or sales skills.
* Practical experience in fixing or repairing items or engineering background
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* The flexibility to travel abroad several times a year.
Requirements:
* Must reside in Kent.
* Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
