Senior Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst for a 6-month contract based in London on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. It is a hybrid full-time role; monthly connect in London, UK.

Job description - the role

The Group Strategy team is responsible for the development, formulation and implementation of our client's vision and strategy, centred around an annual strategic planning process and key strategic initiatives. We lead industry and market understanding and use the art and science of strategy to provide solutions to complex business problems. You will be conducting analysis and research in support of strategic projects at Group level.

As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing quality presentations and reports in support of senior-level decision-making processes.
• Supporting Group strategic projects.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis and research to support strategic projects at the Group level, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data, ensuring comprehensive support for strategic decision-making and project execution.

What we require from the candidate:

• Excellent understanding of presentation and analytical software e.g. PowerPoint, Think-cell, Excel
• Strong analytical thinker, ability to structure / simplify
• Ability to effectively work in a collaborative cross functional space with internal teams
• Experience in a top-tier consultancy, and understanding of Aerospace and Energy sectors preferred
• Excellent Team player.
