Head of Operations - SaaS

Our client is a leading software provider selling into schools across the UK; their SaaS-platform allows for school-specific services to be booked and managed by parents/guardians, providing transparency and insight into the students’ activity.

They are a fast-growth start-up and are looking for Head of Operations to manage & mentor their high-performing Operations team whilst also collaborating with the wider leadership team to drive success across the organisation as a whole.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in their Berkshire-based office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage existing Operations team, as well as support its continued growth & recruitment
• Develop & implement new processes to support efficiency & growth within the organisation
• Collaborate with wider leadership team to drive success across the organisation as a whole
• Effectively manage third party partners & suppliers, as well as managing contracts
• Collaborate with wider business teams to ensure for streamlined processes
• Ensure for compliance across a range of business & client processes/requirements
• Act as a point of contact for incident management & escalation

The Successful Candidate

• Experience leading operations teams is essential, including mentoring, recruitment and long-term team development/progression
• Experience managing third party transport or logistics partners is ideal
• A connection to the education sector is a plus
• Commutable to their Berkshire-based office three days per week

Head of Operations Package

• Basic salary: £60,000-70,000
