Our North West England region is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.


The Role:

As a Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the material handling sector. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Jungheinrich’s range of world-class products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across North West England.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the material handling equipment market.
  • Present and sell Jungheinrich products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer site surveys.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to help drive product and service development.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.



Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the material handling equipment industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse equipment, logistics solutions, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
