Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)

Salary: ​£​30,765

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Hybrid working: Yes, ​2​ days in the office, 3 days at home.

Parking: Yes

We have a fantastic ​contract opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a very successful, growing company in Woking in the role of ​Senior Operations Administrator. This is working for a fantastic company who boast an impressive client list of household name brands​.

Responsibilities will include​:-

• Ensuring all client activities are delivered on time ​e.g updating the Staffing managers on outstanding calls/activities for live jobs and updating the client.
• Measure activity performances using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage relationships between all Clients and keep them updated on activities
• Attend weekly client facing meetings and update calls and support the Account manager​s.
• Ensure Google Docs is updated with all relevant documents for the clients/staffing managers
• Managing project administration, including all documentation
• Complete all weekly/ad-hoc reports for clients
• Provide campaign evaluation​s and recommendations for future improvements
• Ensure all HeadOffice Guides and Templates are kept updated

The successful candidate will ​be results driven, collaborative and have previous Administration experience​. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ​strong attention to detail. IT literacy including​ advanced Excel is essential.
