Licensed conveyancer

Xec-t consultancy is working with a wonderful firm in Kent seeking a Residential conveyancer to join their team.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of conveyancing matters from inception to completion, delivering exceptional client service and ensuring that all legal requirements are met in the transfer of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new builds, and re-mortgages.
• Handle the entire conveyancing process, from initial instruction to post-completion, including drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualifications: Licenced Conveyancer
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
