A respected law firm in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Company and Commercial Solicitor with 5-7 years PQE to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commercial background to handle a diverse range of cases for a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and contracts
