Why do we need you?

The CRM Manager is a newly created role at MoneyPlus reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing, and working closely with the Head of Brand, the rest of the marketing team and key members of the wider MoneyPlus organisation (including operations and data). They will be responsible for developing and managing the CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. An initial short-term focus will be on supporting the team in understanding current funnel dynamics and primarily in supporting the conversion of leads to active customers. The role involves analysing customer data, implementing CRM systems, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, testing frameworks, and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management. They will need to be able to create a strong presence in the organisation through a strong command of their field, a high level of proactivity and first-rate collaboration skills.

What do we need you to do?

1 CRM Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy.
  • Understand the current marketing funnel and existing CRM activities, to identify opportunities for immediate improvement and impact.
  • Identify key customer segments and create a long-term strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention & life time value.
  • Map and analyse customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.


2 CRM System Management:

  • Critically assess current CRM tools. Make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations to integrate CRM with other business systems.


3 Campaign Management & Analysis


  • Plan and execute targeted CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise funnel metrics.
  • A/B test campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Implement personalized communication and engagement initiatives to increase customer conversion, engagement and satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop & present reports on CRM performance, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
  • Use data insights to refine and optimize CRM strategies.


4 Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with marketing, commercial and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
  • Train and mentor team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s CRM strategy innovative and competitive.


What skills and experience do we need you to have?

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management and/or related roles.
  • Experience within Financial Services (or other highly regulated industry) with a strong consumer focus, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and personalisation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and proactive in sharing thoughts, ideas and recommendations.
  • Data savvy, a hands-on approach to gaining actionable data insights.
