Job Title: Customer Facing Customer Insight – Global Pharmaceutical

Location: Walton Oaks (2-3 days per week onsite)

Salary: PAYE £16.21 p/h to £27.00 p/h, Umbrella £18.17 p/h to £30.29 p/h

contract: 6 Months (maternity cover)

SRG are currently working with a world-leading pharmaceutical organisation located in Walton Oaks with a vacancy for a Customer facing and Insights role. Customer Facing Customer Insight role will be supporting CFC Insights UK Lead and will be responsible for supporting 2 areas which are Data stewardship and Data provision & reporting.

Work Experience :

• Daily review of Reltio Profile merges for HCP and HCO’s
• Maintenance of Data Change Request for PforceRx into Reltio
• Manage stand-alone profiles in Reltio
• Support CFCi Lead during data integration projects as required
• Work with OneKey to further enrich customer profiles
• Knowledge of UK Business and Field Force
• Knowledge and support of Smart (Microstrategy) reporting platform
• Create CFC reports using Microstrategy Dossier reports
• Support IIS team in the provision of Ad Hoc reports as necessary

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of tableau
• Good understanding of data querying
• Experience/knowledge on report building preferably on a dossier-based platform as most data extraction and report creation will be in Microstrategy
• Excellent basic data and analytic understanding and skills
