Solutions Analyst (Systems Analyst)

Translate these requirements into detailed specifications (Full Stack, Cross System) that outline integration points. Collaborate within squads during delivery and integration activities, ensuring seamless communication between development teams and project stakeholders. Job Title: Specialist Solution Analyst / System Analyst Duration: 6 Months Renewable Work Location: Hybrid in Randburg Job Description / Responsibilities: Technical Analysis : Drive the technical analysis process and communication for digital integration within an Agile team. Proactive Relationship Building : Build strong relationships to be able to elicit and validate technical needs ahead of demand. Requirement Translation : Convert business requirements (BA), UX designs, and architectural documents into detailed technical design documents for DevOps teams. Collaborative Solution Development : Work with Tribe Leads (Technical Product/Service Owners), Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to unpack solutions and service requirements. Service Testing and Documentation : Test new services and create comprehensive service documentation (experience with JMeter, Postman, or SOAP-UI is beneficial). Developer Support : Facilitate communication and set up integration meetings to support developers from various teams. Team Communication : Keep your team informed of changes and ensure they are included in all relevant communications. Stakeholder Engagement : Ensure integrated requirements are socialized, understood, and approved by keeping Agile team stakeholders up to date. ERP and Development Expertise : Utilize your ERP knowledge and senior software development experience to streamline the organization's technical landscape and define integration points across tech stacks. Continuous Improvement : Work as part of the embedded DevOps team throughout pre-development and development phases to enhance the quality of system requirements for easier interpretation by the various development teams. Facilitate Resolution : Lead resolution and decision-making during development and testing phases for any change requirements. Collaboration Tools : Use Confluence, Jira, Hive, and Teams to collaborate effectively with team members. Shared Analysis Capability : Collaborate with the solutions analyst team to build a robust shared analysis capability. Peer Reviews and Problem Solving : Partake in peer reviews and problem-solving sessions within and across the broader team. Technical Expertise : Provide technical subject matter expertise and support to the team and the wider organization. Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, and Absa Policies and Policy Standards. Background and experience required: Years of experience: 5 Year working within a banking environment. Industry experience: 8 to 10 years working experience. Package & Remuneration: Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience and previous earnings.
