RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Cyber Security Business Development Manager to join its office in Rome, Milan or Genoa within the Division. Mission RINA is searching for a dedicated Business Development Manager with a solid technical background and proven experience in the field of cyber security. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business prospects, creating strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge cyber security services and solutions. This role is crucial in expanding RINA's presence in the market and ensuring its position as a leader in the cyber security domain. Key Accountabilities Identify emerging business opportunities and cultivate new channels for growth Understand clients' specific needs and align them with RINA's comprehensive cyber security offerings Lead engaging presentations to showcase the value of RINA's services and solutions, and successfully close business deals Stay abreast of industry trends, especially related to advanced technologies, threat landscapes, and regulatory changes Explore and leverage available financial incentives and support schemes to enhance the commercial viability of RINA's offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sister companies within the RINA Group to identify and capitalize on mutual opportunities Monitor and report on competitor activities and market intelligence Foster alliances and partnerships to open up new markets and avenues for growth Play a key role in contract negotiations and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes Experience in business developing activity regarding cyber security solutions and cyber security services like governance risk and compliance (main certification ISO27001 and ISAI/EC 62439 offensive security and security architecture engineering Qualifications & Requirements 5 years of experience in technology consulting, preferably in cyber security environment Proven expertise in driving business development within the cyber security or related sectors Well-versed in writing business cases, proposals, and requirements documentation Strong networking abilities with a wide industry network and a solid understanding of the cyber security landscape Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Tech-savvy with cross-functional experience in product, business development, sales, and marketing Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging work environment Adaptable and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks and priorities The successful candidate will be a self-starter, driven by results and innovation. They will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Their flexibility, adaptability, and resilience will shine through, particularly in high-pressure situations. Additionally, their ability to present ideas persuasively and negotiate effectively will contribute to RINA's continued success in the cyber security market.
