Job Summary Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2025 Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Modena. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career In PSE Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration, we are looking for a Test Engineer who will be accountable for assembling, wiring, testing, and disassembling of Capital Equipment Filling Machines. In this role, you will be an individual contributor for standard routines accomplishment in according with defined procedures and the development journey includes an increasing link and collaboration with colleagues from Development & Technology and Tetra Pak Service with the aim of improving testing method based on feedback from the field as well as feeding D&T development projects with “Early” input. This is a permanent position based in Modena (MO), Italy but you will work in a global arena. What you will do Secure Functional Performances of equipment according to official specifications Identify, log and solve basic and complex technical problems both in Mechanical and Automation areas Contribute to capital equipment production performance indicators Support continuous improvement of equipment testing methods according to World Class Manufacturing methodology, and in integration with both suppliers, Development & Technology and installation teams. Contribute to secure formal documentation of operational instructions for internal use Contribute to joint activities with Development & Technology and colleagues with the aim of contributing to Vertical Startup of equipment reaching customer sites We believe you have You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (Graduation between 2024-2025) You are familiar with hands-on job and you like mechanical workshop environment You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
