YOUR TEAM You’d be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise. You will mainly support the Ai4i related Purchasing activities, within the Procurement Directorate coordinated by the Purchasing Manager. Responsibilities: Support the activities related to the procedures for the assignment of goods and services for amounts below 140Keu value, in accordance with the current legislation on public procurement and with internal purchase procedures; Support the drafting of the tender documentation and the publication of the tender procedure; Support the management of the tender, up to the drafting and signing of the contract; Purchasing orders’ drafting and management of subsequent related activities; Negotiating with external suppliers; Supporting RUP activities (e.g. CIG related activities) You will daily and in-depth deal with the legislation of the Procurement Code and the main services that Anac (AVCPass, AUSA, etc.) makes available. Knowledge of the aforementioned legislation therefore constitutes a preferential title. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS High School License in technical - scientific subjects, and/or a Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Humanities and Scientific disciplines Previous experience in Purchasing Good knowledge of the English language Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel A cooperative approach with the stakeholders Accuracy and good analytical skills ADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in public environment; Legal background, in particular public procurement laws Good negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of SAP Strong problem solving attitude High motivation to learn Good in time and priority management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging and international environment COMPENSATION PACKAGE Competitive salary for international standards Private health care coverage depending on your role and contract Two days of teleworking per week and flexible working hours are available for certain roles Please submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV.
