About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in developing the Manchester studio’s presence while working closely with a highly regarded teams across the UK. This client-facing position demands strong project delivery skills, an outgoing personality, and a proactive approach to business development. As a Lead Architect, you will not only shape projects but also help evolve the studio's offer and client base, making a tangible impact on their future direction.

This role requires travel to Liverpool at least two days per week during the initial phase.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of three years post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven success in delivering projects and proficiency in Revit.
• In-depth understanding of the UK construction industry and building standards.
