We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage a small team, and drive process improvement strategies aligned with our strategic vision.

About the Role

The Business Process Manager plays a vital role in defining the current and future states of business processes. Leveraging process modelling, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and business analysis techniques, you’ll identify risks, mitigate issues, and deliver innovative solutions.

In addition to delivering high-quality process documentation, you’ll work closely with Agile development teams to translate technology requirements and manage a team responsible for ensuring outputs meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform process and business analysis across diverse functions, including IT, Finance, HR, Construction, and Planning.
  • Challenge and improve “as-is” and “to-be” processes to embed effectiveness within a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
  • Use Lean/Six Sigma principles to identify and model process improvements, ensuring documentation meets BPMN2 standards.
  • Develop process models that enable future process mining and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and identifying opportunities for process automation.
  • Manage a small team, ensuring their development and the quality of their outputs.
  • Assist the Business Solutions Manager in preparing prioritisation documents and proposals for senior governance forums.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Lean Practitioner qualification.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, including creating BPMN2-compliant documentation.
  • Experience using BPM tools (e.g., Signavio).
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, value stream mapping, and process mining.
  • Ability to evaluate undocumented processes, creating accurate “as-is” maps and reengineering processes to address root causes.
  • Team management experience with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.

Desirable:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
  • Telecoms or construction industry experience.
  • Experience using BPMN2 processes to develop RPA opportunities.
  • Familiarity with high-growth or high-intensity environments.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of an innovative team driving the future of connectivity. You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our processes while enjoying:

  • A collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • The chance to contribute to a company shaping the telecoms industry.
