Product Delivery manager

Product Delivery Lead | 6-12 month Contract | SaaS

A specialist construction cost engineering practice with expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Product Delivery Lead to join the company on a consultancy basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Project Management: Oversee the re-platforming project, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Technical Leadership: Work closely with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility and quality of the solution.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Change Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in product management or delivery, particularly in SaaS environments.
• Strong technical background, including knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.
