Krispy Kreme Benefits:
Salary: £29,120pa + quarterly bonus scheme (OTE + £2,000pa)
Car Allowance: £4,500pa
Contract: 40 hours/week, business hours with some flexibility

What will I do as a Business Development Executive?
You will play an important part of growing our cabernet business (DFD) across grocery, service stations and leisure channels by building strong partner relationships and identify opportunities to ensure Krispy Kreme is the choice of sweet treats for customer by increasing same store sales. You will be the voice of the customer within your region and relay your knowledge through to our factories whilst working closely with our demand planners & marketers on execution.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and develop key relationships with contacts in Grocery, Services & Leisure
- Present to key customers on the benefits of Krispy Kreme cabernets to develop business and growth
- Drive same store sales in your region through, advertising, cabernet location and additional cabernets
- Feedback to internal customers (Manufacturing & Logistics teams) on shopper activity
- Maintain brand standards and drive visibility though networking, POS and collaboration
What we’re looking for in a Business Development Executive:
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
- B2B sales experience, ideally from a similar field-based role
- Great presentation and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships externally & internally
- Be driven by results using targets & KPIs
- Grocery experience would be beneficial but not essential (previous Managerial role in a Grocery retailer)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Excel
