Administrator

Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 4.00PM

Pay Rate: £11.44 PER HOUR

Our client, who are a market leader within their industry, are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
The working days and shift times are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, with the potential for flexible working.
This is a temporary to permanent role which is paid at £11.44 per hour.

Day to Day Duties

The day to day duties of an Administrator with our client will be:

  • General administration duties
  • Accurately inputting data onto spreadsheets
  • Assisting staff with various different requirements as and when needed
  • General office management, housekeeping, arranging and booking meeting rooms as required
  • Processing weekly time sheets, chasing outstanding time sheets, and sending data out for approval

Essential Skills

As an Administrator you must have:

  • Have a good level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel literate
  • Be able to prioritise, work to deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Desirable Experience

It would be beneficial if as an Administrator if:

  • Available for an immediate start
  • Purchase Ledger Experience would be an advantage

What training is provided?

  • Full Training on internal systems and procedures will be provided to all successful candidates
