Senior Care Assistant in Fareham needed
£12.98 + weekend uplifts - Full time contracted
Nights available - 12 hour shifts
We are working exclusively with a client who are seeking a passionate and professional Senior care assistant who go all-out to provide the very best care for my clients fantastic residential care home in Fareham.
This care home provide a unique and welcoming environment which features a range of spacious, light-filled communal areas, many of which offer views of the beautifully landscaped gardens. Their aim is to offer an ideal balance of safety and privacy, allowing residents to live their lives to the fullest.
Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Previous experience as a senior care assistant, ideally in a care home setting
* NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care
* Medication Trained
Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
* Liasing with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
* Managing the care team and ensuring staff are adhering to CQC Guidlines
* Provide exceptional leves of care to residents
* Assist with medication, care plans, and risk assessments
* Understanding of CQC regulations and DoLs
