An exciting new opportunity for a current Senior Operations Manager has arisen, who has an abundance of FM experience to join a global FM firm as an AGM.

This business currently stands at £15m. Experience of running a similar level business is essential.

This is made up of circa 10 FM contracts currently.

Growth through sales is an integral part of this role.

Able to manage and grow this business is the crux of this role.

The opportunity for the right person to fulfil this post will be on a fasttrajectory towards Directorship in typically an 18 month period due to successes.

Facilities Management experience is essential. Technical expertise is advantageous.

Strong financial acumen, growth experience, and solid leadership skills is required for the success of this role.

To reiterate this is for a Building Services company for someone with Facilities Management exposure.
