Policyholder Insurance Disputes Solicitor

Due to the expansion of the Insurance Litigation team, this Ranked Legal 500 Law Firm is looking to hire a talented lawyer to join them within their Policyholder Disputes Team.

You will have the opportunity to act for Policyholders on high-value disputes across a number of lines including business interruption, casualty, energy, construction, property and financial lines.

As part of the role you will also be conducting files through alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediations.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor with c.4 years PQE+ with experience of working on insurance dispute work, whether from the PH side or insurer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team with progression opportunities - every case is different and you will be liaising with other colleagues and clients.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with c.4 years experience in insurance work
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
