Your Responsibilities:
Install insulated composite panels, including building cold stores, fitting ceiling panels, and installing flashings and doors.
Support additional construction tasks such as joinery, concreting, decorating, drainage, and refurbishment.
Uphold high health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, maintaining strong relationships.
Safeguard and efficiently use materials, tools, and assigned vehicles or equipment.
Deliver all work in line with project specifications, method statements, and risk assessments.
Location and Hours:
Whilst we will endeavor to keep you as close to home as possible, there will be an element of travel in this role as we have projects all over the UK. This means there will be a requirement for you to stay away from home to complete work when needed.
Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate as below:
Saturdays and After 5pm – 1.3x hourly rate
Sundays – 1.5x hourly rate
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in the installation of composite panels including cold stores, ceiling panels, flashings and doors.
A commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high standards.
A full UK driving license is essential.
You may already be in a team of 2, skilled and experienced labourer, we are happy to consider!
Flexible working in live factory settings, sometimes covering unsociable hours.
