Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Control Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and inspection within the manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing, inspections, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Testing : Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure products and materials meet required quality standards and specifications. Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, identifying areas for improvement and reducing defects. Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines to meet quality assurance requirements. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality reports, ensuring accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews. Root Cause Analysis : Investigate quality issues and failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration : Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve quality processes and resolve quality-related issues. Training & Support : Provide training to production staff on quality standards, testing methods, and best practices. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 5-10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, testing procedures, and inspection techniques (e.g., visual, dimensional, and mechanical testing). Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently. Standards Compliance : Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), quality management systems, and regulatory requirements. Attention to Detail : High attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring product and process quality. Communication : Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and report findings to management. Education: Required : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Preferred : Certification in Quality Control or Six Sigma (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt). Benefits: Competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
