Job Description

Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking for an opportunity to lead high-end residential projects in a dynamic, fast-growing company? Join our clients team, where your skills and leadership will contribute to creating luxury homes in a supportive and output-driven work environment. Requirements: 10–15 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in high-end, luxury residential houses or security estates Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Own transport is required Administrative Tasks: Typing, copying, and scanning documents Arranging meetings and managing schedules Responding to and engaging with emails Following up on outstanding invoices, documents, and emails Performing ad-hoc deliveries or collections On-Site Management: Overall project and site management for nominated developments Regular interaction with clients, agents, suppliers, contractors, and inspectors Overseeing daily on-site operations and ensuring smooth workflow Producing and monitoring schedules, attendance, and progress of contractors Supervising and training site workers and tradespeople Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and quality standards Managing and placing material orders as per bill of quantities and budget Monitoring site expenditure and maintaining budget compliance Resolving site problems promptly and effectively Managing and tracking development programs daily Reporting progress and challenges to the Development Director Conducting quality control checks and maintaining site cleanliness and discipline
