Senior IT Support Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION Provide customer service and IT support remote, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support Assist with enterprise solutions, networks, exchange servers Oversee technicians and installation on site where needed Configure network installations Understand customer requirements, assist with solutions End-user training where necessary QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS CISCO Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or similar/higher IT qualification essential Minimum 6 10 years experience in a similar role, supporting turn-key solutions Sound knowledge of hardware, networks, firewalls, security systems of all popular brands Strong technical knowledge and IT support skills Need to be strong in customer services and enterprise solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Must have own reliable transport and willing to travel to client sites when needed Prepared to work office based, occasional travel to clients which may be country wide Must be flexible and adaptable, work independently but also a keen team player Strong solution finding skills REMUNERATION R38,000 R45,000 negotiable depending on qualifications and experience INTERESTED?
