You will also oversee debtor and creditor management, driving a culture of continuous improvement in internal controls and audit processes, and developing a high-performing finance team to meet strategic objectives. We are seeking a CA(SA) with 3 - 5 years of post-articles experience, including in a management role leading teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in financial accounting, coupled with a solid understanding of the FMCG market and its challenges. You should be a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
