Construction Manager / Site Agent We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager / Site Agent to oversee the successful management of two large construction sites in Cape Town. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Manage and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control. Resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Site Agent on large-scale projects. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deliver projects on schedule.
